3Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • A Return Authorization Number
  • Detailed return shipping instructions
  • The return shipping address

4Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with all original packaging and include:

  • The Return Authorization Number clearly visible
  • A copy of your receipt or order confirmation

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

5Processing Your Return

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products (including Blush Makeup, Brow Makeup, Concealers, Lipstick, and all Makeup categories)
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Food items from our Food category
  • Final sale items or clearance products
  • Personal care items where hygiene prevents resale (including Body Care, Hair Care, and Hemp Products that have been opened)

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size, shade, or product of equal value. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. For lower-priced exchanges, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
